Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West hotel

We stayed over on a Saturday night and enjoyed Sunday morning breakfast. The staff were out of this world and nothing was too much trouble for them. Kaila was wonderful so too was last nights receptionist. We will be back again really good value for money!

After staying in alot of premier's this is by far the prettiest one I have stayed in. The staff are lovely and have made us feel welcome. The young lady at the reception, Julia is a phenomenal member of staff, she is working hard training new members of staff, all while serving customers and dealing with all aspects of the bar area. This young lady is an asset to your company. The new starter Shehzad is fitting in well also, he pours a cracking Birra Morretti and he seems to be learning well. This has been observed while ordering pints but I'm very observant :D I must express that Hannah made me feel very welcome when checking in, I was checked in quickly and directed to my room with a smile. Our table server Abbie was lovely and delivered our food with a smile. Thankyou to the chefs Leon, Oren and wojek for the lovely food, absolutely superb food! And thankyou to Julia and Mathias on the bar also. I Look forward to staying here again. Ben Bucher Municipal

We stayed for one night as a family of four and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were warm and welcoming from start to finish, which really set the tone for our stay. A special shout-out to Hannah, who went above and beyond for us during our stay and truly made a difference. We opted for the package that included a two-course meal and breakfast, and the food was lovely with a good range of options. The main reception, bar, and restaurant areas have clearly been refurbished and feel modern and inviting. However, the room itself didn’t reflect the same standard — it was adequate for a short stay but would benefit from a refresh. The hotel is in a great location, particularly for shopping at the Trafford Centre, which made it very convenient for our plans.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best sleeps we’ve had away. The bar and reception area were spotless, with a great selection of drinks and cocktails and plenty of comfy seating to relax in. The location is absolutely spot on, literally a 5–10 minute walk to the Trafford Centre. Parking was only £3 for 24 hours which is brilliant value. On top of all that, we only paid £45 for a family room, which is amazing value for money. Couldn’t fault it at all and would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed my one night stay here. Room was fine (needed some remedial repair and decoration) and bed super comfortable. Never normally eat in the adjacent restaurants but did last night and service was excellent and food good. Breakfast was cooked to order! Amazing and fresh, love it! Service was fantastic and attentive at breakfast. Definitely will revisit.

One of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at! Easy access and friendly staff. Amar was helpful and understanding for those of us who are out of town and needed directions for booking taxis. His customer service made me feel welcome and while sat at the bar I could hear it was the same with all customers he dealt with.

Fine location opposite trafford centre and snow centre a stones throw away. Julia from the off was super helpfull with check in and even more so at the bar when ordering food. I mixed and matched and all was no trouble from the chefs too (oren & leon) Much appriciated. I always stay in air bnbs for work but this experiance has shown me a hotel now and then is a nice change. I shall be back again for work and staying here. Again shout out to Julia , oren & leon. Also rest of the team. Friendly,helpfull and canny. What more can you ask for.

Recent 2 night stay for work purposes. Hotel really clean, standard rooms are adequate and have everything you need. Special shout to Hannah in the restaurant who served me tonight, really polite always stopping by tables checking everything with diners. Serving may tables at once nothing phased her. Well done Hannah & thank you for the recommendation of the Chicken Tzakiki Salad which was lovely definitely have again.
